Services that Seaside Family Health Care provides

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” EPHESIANS 2:10

Seaside offers a wide range of health care services across the lifespan.  I would be honored to become your primary care provider but even if you see someone else and want to continue that relationship, I am here to help you with your acute care needs. We also offer behavioral health services,  case management, addiction counseling, and treatment.

CLINIC HOURS

Clinic hours are as follows: Monday -Thursday 8 am to 6 pm. Friday-Sunday we are closed. Voicemail and refill lines are checked after hours and on holidays but you must allow up to 72 hours for refills requests.  Lourie is always on call.  For elderly and physically disabled patients, I may do house calls if available.

Chronic Disease Management

Let Seaside be your partner in managing your chronic disease. This includes diabetes, HTN, COPD, adult and child asthma, high cholesterol, depression, anxiety, gastrointestinal issues such as IBS and Crohns, migraines, and A-Fib just to name a few.

I can do in-house labs with immediate result reporting for PT/INR, blood sugar, and HgbA1c. I also offer most other lab draw services which will prevent you from having to make extra trips to the lab.

Bobbi Poresky

     CADC/Case          Manager

Hi, my name is Bobbi and I have a dual role here at Seaside Family Health Care. I am the new Drug and Alcohol Counselor and I am also the case manager for the Opioid Health Home (OHH) program. I have lived in Maine my entire life and am currently living in Southern Maine. I am excited to be here at Seaside as a member of the OHH team. My professional background over the past 10 years is working with various social service community agencies as a case manager and I practiced substance abuse counseling on an Act Team.

One of my favorite practices is leading groups. I believe there is a different level of connection in groups that leads to change by one person sharing their story with others. Please reach out to us if you are struggling with substance use disorder as this is a pandemic in our beautiful State of Maine, and  in our local community.

Peer Recovery Coach

Hi, my name is Tera and  I am the new  Peer Recovery Coach here at Seaside Family Health Care.

I am in long term recovery myself and understand the journey on a very personal level.

Recovery is so much more than not using. Life happens, as they say, and I have found that having an honest, kind and supportive person in my life has helped me stay sober. I hope I might be that person for you!
